About Amy

Before joining Violin Memory, Amy served as a partner for BizEthos, a consulting firm for Silicon Valley start-ups. Previously, Amy led marketing for NetApp as Global Vice President of Brand & Demand Generation and acting CMO where her “think outside the box” leadership style included sourcing and closing a unique NFL B2Bpartnership and other global brand awareness initiatives. Prior to NetApp, Amy was the Global VP of Marketing and Business Development for PicScout, which secured a successful exit with an acquisition by Getty Images. Earlier in Amy’s career, she founded REALSPORTSmagazine, a national consumer magazine with a 300,000+ readership. Amy began her career with Procter &Gamble. She is also an active member of the Forbes CMO Network, Forbes Executive Women’s Forum and Watermark.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual BBA degrees from Texas Tech University, one in Marketing and the other in Management.
