She is distinguished in her field by her long history of recruiting for senior general management roles in semiconductors, electronics, and networking.

In her more than twenty years as an executive recruiter, she has built out the executive teams at large public companies such as: Google, Rambus, Imperva, Ruckus, NXP, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Sigma Designs, PDF Solutions, JDSU, and Xilinx.
Today, Dotty leads the Lonergan Partners Board practice, and has personally assisted the boards at such public companies as Xilinx, Coherent, Model N, Limelight Networks, Extreme Networks, Aerohive and many others, conduct successful search projects to add experience, depth and diversity to their boards.

Background & Education
Before joining Lonergan Partners in 2003, Dotty was a Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, focused on technology markets. Prior, Dotty was a Partner with Hall Kinion in San Francisco. She is an intrepid traveler and has many years of experience in the world of the arts. Dotty has a BA degree from Bowling Green State University.
