Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Saar Gillai has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for Xilinx. The board search process was led by Dotty Schaffer.

About Saar

Saar Gillai is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise’s Communications Solutions Business, a position he has held since September 2015. Prior to this role, Saar served as Senior Vice President, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Hewlett-Packard’s (HP) Cloud business. Previously, he served as Vice President, Advanced Technology Group and Chief Technology Officer of HP Networking. Prior to HP, Saar was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Products and Solutions for 3Com Corporation, which was acquired by HP in 2010. Saar also has held senior management positions in engineering with Tropos Networks Inc., a provider of wireless LANproducts and senior management positions in product development and operations with Enfora, Inc., a wireless networking company. In addition, he served for seven years in a variety of leadership positions with Cisco Systems, including as Vice President of Engineering for Cisco’s Wireless Networking business unit.
