Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Ron Jankov has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for Xilinx. The board search process was led by Dotty Schaffer.

About Ron

Ron Jankov is Chief Executive Officer of GlobalLink1 Capital, an investment firm he founded in 2014. Prior to this role, Ron served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Processors and Wireless Infrastructure for Broadcom Corporation. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and served as a Director on the Board of NetLogic Microsystems, a fabless provider of semiconductors for networking applications. Under Ron’s leadership, NetLogic grew from a start-up, through an IPO to market leadership in network processing devices, culminating in the company’s acquisition by Broadcom for $3.7 billion. He has also held executive management positions with NeoMagic Corporation, a fabless semiconductor company, Cyrix Corporation, a developer of microprocessors, and Accell Technology, a semiconductor company he founded that was later acquired by Cyrix. Ron also served in senior management at LSI Logic, and began his career at Texas Instruments. He serves on the board of directors for Knowles Corporation as well as several private companies.
