About Nelu

Nelu Mihai served most recently as VP of Engineering at Packeteer. Prior to Packeteer, Mr. Mihai served from 2003 to 2004 as SVP of Engineering and Operations at Cloudshield Technologies, a provider of servers for network traffic inspection. In 2002 he co-founded SLA partners, an international consulting firm. Prior to SLA partners, he served trom 1999 to 2001 as CEO and COO of CPlane Inc., a telecom software company. Prior to 1999 he worked for six years at Bell Labs, and AT&T where his last position held was Division Manager.

He holds an MS in computer engineering from Polytechnic University of Bucharest and a Ph. D. in computer science from the Institute of Atomic Physics, Bucharest.
