Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Terry Blanchard has been named Senior Vice President of Engineering at CXApp (NASDAQ: CXAI), the global technology leader in employee workplace experiences. This appointment was the result of a global search process led by Partner Michael Cunningham.

About Terry

Prior to joining CXApp, Terry was the founder of Pixelicious, a venture launched in September 2023. Prior to this, Terry was a Senior Engineering Manager at WhatsApp, part of Meta, where he led key engineering initiatives. He also served as VP of Engineering at both HintMD and Readdle, where he successfully scaled engineering teams and delivered innovative products. With expertise in software development and user interface design, Terry is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric experiences. He holds multiple patents in email and message management. Terry earned a degree in Computer Science from Sheridan College.
