Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that John Higgs has been named Senior Vice President &GM, Asia Pacific at Violin Memory. The search was led by Mark Lonergan.
About John
John has been in the Networking industry for 27 years working exclusively in Asia principally from Japan and Singapore. Prior to joining Violin Memory, he was Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific &Japan at Riverbed Technologies and was responsible for establishing and growing Riverbed’s revenues and operations across the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to Riverbed, John was a Group Managing Director of Asia/International Sales at A.S.K. Solutions Group. Before A.S.K., John established and built Cisco Systems’ sales and operations in South Asia. John also worked at Cabletron Systems in Asia and established Cray Communications’ business in Japan.
John holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Wales in Swansea.
