Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Ralph Marimon has been named Chief Financial Officer at Aviat Networks. The search was led by Dotty Schaffer.

About Ralph

Before joining Aviat Networks, Ralph served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at QuickLogic Corporation. Prior to QuickLogic, Ralph served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Anchor Bay Technologies Inc., and prior to that as Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Finance and Administration of Tymphany Corporation. Prior to Tymphany, he served as CFO at Omron Scientific Technologies, Inc. and prior to that he was Vice President of Finance & Administration and Corporate Secretary of Com21 Inc. Prior to joining Com21, Ralph served in various financial, controller, and accounting roles at KLA-Tencor Corporation, Ungermann Bass Corp., Finnigan Corp., and National Semiconductor.

Ralph is a Board Member of the National Board of the American Electronics Association (AEA) and holds a Masters of Management degree in finance and accounting from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
