Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Michael Anthofer has been named Chief Financial Officer of Mojo Networks. The search was led by Mark Lonergan.
About Michael
Mike brings more than 30 years of technology company financial expertise to Mojo. Previously, Mike was EVPand CFO of Tessera Technologies responsible for the company’s finance office, accounting, strategic planning and investor relations. Prior to Tessera, he served as VPand CFO of Kodiak Networks Inc., a privately held provider of mobile solutions to wireless providers. Prior to Kodiak, he served as SVP and CFOof SmartPipes Inc., a maker of network access control software. Before joining SmartPipes, Mike was SVP and CFO of Concentric Network Corp, a publicly-held company, which merged with Nextlink Communications to form XOCommunications. During his tenure, the company grew from $2 million in annual revenue to a $250 million annual run-rate in five years, and was instrumental in taking the company public in August of 1997. Prior to Concentric, Mike served as EVP and CFO of Shared Resources Exchange Inc., a digital switching equipment maker. Earlier, he held several VP level positions at DSCCommunications Corporation.
Mike earned both his BSand MBA degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.
