Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Ralph Schmitt has been named Chief Executive Officer at Sensera (ASX:SE1). The search was led by Mark Lonergan.

About Ralph

Ralph has been CEO at four publicly traded technology companies, where he was instrumental in invigorating strategic change as well as managing complex turnaround situations. He was most recently an executive at Toshiba Memory America, Inc., post the April 2016 acquisition of OCZ Storage Solutions (NASDAQ:OCZ) where he served as CEO from October 2012. Prior to his appointment at OCZ, Ralph served as CEO of PLX Technology (NASDAQ:PLXT), a global provider of system level semiconductor-based connectivity solutions. From 2005 through 2007, Ralph managed the turnaround, relisting and sale of Sipex (NASDAQ:SIPX), after which he became CEO of its acquirer Exar Corporation (NYSE:EXAR). From 1999 through 2005, Ralph was EVP of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for Cypress Semiconductor (NASDAQ:CY) where he led sales growth to more than $1 billion while also overseeing numerous acquisitions. In addition to his executive experience, Ralph has held multiple venture capital advisory and board roles in technology over the past two decades.

Ralph holds a BSEE from Rutgers University.

Sensera is an integrated, fast turnaround client-specific designer and manufacturer of specialized high performance microsensors and micro-fabricated components for the Healthcare, Industrial, Defense and Aerospace markets.
