Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Dan Artusi has been named to the Atheros Board of Directors.

About Dan

Dan has served as an Atheros director since July 2008. Dan, who has more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and communications industries, most recently served as president, CEO and board member of Conexant Systems, Inc.

Previously, he was chairman and CEO of Coldwatt, Inc. He has also served as president, CEO and director of Silicon Laboratories, and spent more than 20 years in various senior management roles at Motorola Semiconductor. Dan currently serves as a board member of Qspeed Semiconductor.

He attended the Instituto Tecnologico in Buenos Aires, Argentina
