Kirsten Settle Conducts Fireside Chat with eWOW

On July 23, 2021, Kirsten Set­tle was a guest speak­er for an online vir­tu­al event for eWOW, empow­ered Women of the World, a plat­form found­ed by Rashim and Shwe­ta Mogha to empow­er women around the world to dis­cov­er, visu­al­ize, and actu­al­ize their suc­cess. This Fire­side Chat was titled ​“Land­ing an Exec Role with Lon­er­gan Part­ners,” with dis­cus­sion top­ics cen­tered around how exec­u­tives can posi­tion them­selves for oper­a­tional and board roles. Kirsten shared the ​“behind the scenes” activ­i­ty of exec­u­tive search, such as how she iden­ti­fies can­di­dates for exec roles and how can­di­dates should posi­tion them­selves for these types of positions.
