On May 21, 2015 the Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange (SVDX™) held their annual year-end dinner with the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford.
SVDX CEO Mark Lonergan introduced the keynote speaker, Joseph A. Grundfest, W. A. Franke Professor of Law and Business and Senior Faculty, Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance, who spoke about the future of the role of the board.
The event was held to a packed house of 180 attendees in Paul Brest Hall. The next series of SVDX™ regularly scheduled programs will begin on September 17, 2015.
