About Carbice
Founded in 2011, Carbice is an Atlanta-based company partnering with data center hyperscalers and critical power suppliers to eliminate thermal challenges posed by AI workloads, high-performance computing (HPC), and next-generation technology. The revolutionary Carbice aligned carbon nanotube pads optimize the critical contact between heat sources and heat sinks or cold plates, and represent the world's first robust thermal interface material (TIM) made for rapidly scaling industries. Carbice's combination of mechanical systems, thermal management, and material science expertise, enables enterprises to sustain peak performance and reduce operational costs, as today's cooling solutions account for roughly 40% of total energy consumption in data centers. Carbice's scalable, high-performance cooling expertise and solutions seamlessly eliminate heat generation to ensure long-term hardware performance and reliability, with little upkeep and minimal environmental impact.
Tony's impact from two decades at AMD is truly remarkable. His extensive experience and proven track record will be invaluable as we expand our presence in rapidly growing sectors like data centers. There is no one we'd rather have on board to help drive our mission to support our customers with reliable cooling expertise and deliver the only thermal interface solutions made for scaled operations.
