Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Dhiraj Sogani has been named Chief Commercial Officer at SPARK, a Canadian fabless semiconductor company specializing in next-generation short-range wireless communications. This appointment was the result of a global search process led by Co-Managing Partners Michael Cunningham and Kirsten Settle.
About Dhiraj
Dhiraj is a market-driven wireless industry executive with more than 25 years of global experience in semiconductors, systems, and EDA. He joins SPARK after senior leadership roles at Silicon Labs and Redpine Signals, where he launched and scaled wireless product lines generating hundreds of millions in revenue. His expertise spans product strategy, go-to-market execution, ecosystem development, global sales, and marketing for IoT end-devices. Dhiraj has built and led multi-geography teams, guided organizations through major integrations and acquisitions, and managed broad wireless and MCU portfolios including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4. He holds a BS from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
