Meru was one of only a few technology companies to go public in 2010. My focus today is to build a high performance organization and we needed a world-class engineering leader. I am excited that Phil has joined our team. He is one of a very small corps of executives able to take on this opportunity.

Meru CTO and founder Dr. Vaduvur Bharghavan set out to transition the engineering group to new leadership. Executive changes like this where the founder steps into a new role require very thoughtful process on all sides. I was impressed at how the team worked together to ensure we secured the best possible outcome.
