Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Scott Bailey has been named Chief Executive Officer of Tula Technology.

About Scott

Prior to Tula, Scott Bailey was General Manager, Gasoline EMS & Powertrain Products at Delphi Powertrain Systems, responsible for Delphi’s worldwide gasoline engine management systems. Scott began his career with General Motors Corp. in 1977 with the former Packard Electric division. He previously served as a chief engineer and divisional director of engineering and has strong international experience.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

About Tula Technology

Tula Technology is developing a fuel management solution based on a proprietary, specialized digital signal processor and algorithms that can be easily retrofitted to existing cars and trucks resulting in improved fuel economy and efficiency. Tula investors include Sequoia Capital and Khosla Ventures.
