Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Susan Wang has been named to the Cirrus Logic Board of Directors. The search was led by Dotty Schaffer.

About Susan

Susan Wang served as CFO, EVP of Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary of Solectron Corporation until 2002. During her 18-year tenure with Solectron, she successfully managed global financial management processes and systems, led investor relations from Solectron’s IPO through its international large cap standing, and raised multi-billion bank and lease financings.

Susan holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas and a MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
