Most recently, Jim was VP of Pre-Sales and Professional Services of Core Technologies at FusionStorm, where he led Pre-Sales Engineering and Professional Services organizations in the Americas. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Milestone Technologies, where he was responsible for business operations, strategic growth intiatives, and relationship management, and helped the company grow from $27M to $52M in two years. Prior, Jim was the VP of Global Technical Services at Cisco, where he led the functional performance of global Technical Services focused on transforming services and support operations to enable growth from $3.5B to $6B+. Earlier, Jim was CEO and President for Quality Call Solutions, a call center solutions software company. Jim also served as VP of Global Services for Rapt, which was acquired by Microsoft, and as EVP and GM of Services at Hitachi Data Systems. Jim holds a BS in Business from the University of Phoenix.
