In her sev­en­teen years as an exec­u­tive recruiter, she has built out the exec­u­tive teams at such large pub­lic com­pa­nies as: Google, Ram­bus, Imper­va, NXP, GLOB­AL­FOUNDRIES, Sig­ma Designs, PDF Solu­tions, JDSU, and Xil­inx, as well as recruit­ed lead­er­ship for many of the world’s most excit­ing ven­ture-backed and entre­pre­neur­ial ear­ly and mid-stage com­pa­nies such as Met­ric­Stream, Dis­playlink, Atrenta, D-Wave Sys­tems (the world’s first quan­tum com­put­ing com­pa­ny), Quan­tance, and Syn­thet­ic Genomics (a com­pa­ny focused on world-chang­ing uses for the sci­ence of genomics). Dot­ty spe­cial­izes in recruit­ing for senior gen­er­al man­age­ment roles as well as con­duct­ing search­es for Board positions.

Dotty’s laser-like focus on her clients’ results has enabled her to devel­op many loy­al clients who work with her on a long-term basis. Before join­ing Lon­er­gan Part­ners in 2003, Dot­ty was a Con­sul­tant at Hei­drick & Strug­gles, focused on tech­nol­o­gy mar­kets. Pre­vi­ous­ly, Dot­ty was a Part­ner with Hall Kin­ion in San Fran­cis­co. She is an intre­pid trav­el­er and has many years expe­ri­ence in the world of the arts. Dot­ty has a B.A. degree from Bowl­ing Green State University.
